“Coastal Kids”
This fun and educational event will be offered entirely on site here at the SSCC Preschool.
For children ages 3 - 5
The program will run in 3 sessions, Mon-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Session 2: July 16 – 19th
$140 per child/$70 per sibling in same session
Children will learn about and explore the livelihood of the seaside community in which they live. The program will include Guest Speakers who can share experiences with local industry, such as lobstering and fishing. Also included will be water play, scavenger hunts, sand art, sun printing, water and sun safety and sea glass art.
The cost for each session will be $140 per child with ½ off discount for sibling attending same session. ($70.00). Children should come prepared for water play and outdoor play (suncreen and bug spray applied) and bring bathing suit & towel, hat and proper shoes. They will need to bring a shellfish-free/peanut-free lunch & snack with a drink.
