"The Role of the Realtor" w/John Durkin

Tuesday, November 6th at 7 p.m.

John will guide you through the process of finding a realtor and the responsibilities a realtor has in selling your home. $20 per person

John will advise you as to the necessary steps needed to put your home in the best possible light, involving upgrades, painting and Title V issues.

John Durkin, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Cohasset since 2004 has put together a program that will help you navigate a stress-free experience selling your house.
